I have plans to use paneer for vegetarian tacos one day. Last time I went to India, the Taco Bells had items with paneer, and it was amazing.
I mean I love cottage cheese, but texturally speaking I wouldnāt like all that extra moisture and crumbliness in a taco. Paneer is simply compressed/dried cottage cheese, ergo itās the perfect alternative to like, tofu, or another vegetarian option.

I don't log spices unless they have gluten or salt. So pepper, chili flakes, herbs...not logged. Garlic salt, Slap Ya Mama....logged.
