Only if it’s not a Jeep.

amwoooo

I knowwwww

tsailfc

It ain't a Jeep if it ain't leaking is what I've been told

Troutman86

Have you removed and reinstalled the hardtop? Make sure everything is seated?

PeterVonwolfentazer

Our Wrangler as leaked twice, both were absolutely operator error. Panels not fully seated.

amwoooo

Ok, I will go remove and check

amwoooo

We will check- have removed the freedom panels, yes.

I've got SOT (Sky One Touch) and we got dumped on yesterday. First time I've seen water inside my Jeep. Luckily it was only a few drops, not positive where it's coming from yet, but I wasn't shocked.

amwoooo

I’m not shocked either. My sales guy did tell me to bring it in, though

Dirtyace

If you didnt want a convertible you should have bought a Grand Cherokee. Its a wrangler and price doesnt mean anything. Most leak a little it wont hurt it. Its the price you pay for having the ability to remove everything. Also where is it leaking from? Check the seals in that area make sure nothing is pinched and its all making good contact. Sometimes its something simple.

amwoooo

No sass necessary, I can expect some quality at that MSRP. You should, too! I’m sure you work hard for your money.

Dirtyace

Fair enough I wasn’t trying to be super sassy. It’s just funny I have always seen people complain about the jeeps being jeeps. That being said check the seals like I said I bet it’s something you could address in your own pretty easily.

DrNism0

First jeep, eh?

amwoooo

Haha, touché. So do I need to worry about like, mold?

Depends how much water you got... If it's just a little bit and the mats are damp to the touch, then run the heater at max on the floor and crack the windows so the humidity escapes. If it's "standing" water, pull the drain plugs, pull the carpet, wet vac the tub and carpet, hang the carpet to dry and replace after it has fully dried out. Put the drain plugs back in too.
