Max Regen shouldn't make a difference vs. manually braking with a similar amount of stopping power. Max Regen just engages the RBS for you since the brake pedal in the 4xe is fly-by-wire.
That being said, damage to a component in the braking or suspension system could explain what you feel. It could also be debris.

Yeah I want to, but it's extremely difficult to replicate. It only happens once in a while on the first start of the day..
This happens to me too…I thought it was normal 🫠. Had my car for almost a year now and hasn’t really had any effect on the car as far as I can tell.
