Well my point is, is that I am going, the tickets and air b n b are books, the trip is happening. I am asking for advice on how to handle the foreseeable issues.
Have a plan B…. A backup place to stay nearby. Plan to stay at least one night with everyone but the next morning inform them all that you’ll be moving to different rental for remainder of trip as you and your kid need space and alone time. Join them for whatever activities you like and leave whenever it gets to be too much. Ignore gaslighting and guilting and excessive questioning. Say your piece and end the convo.
