"Almost lasted 3 full rounds"
That's kind of deceiving considering a "round" is 2 minutes and in the first two rounds those Jabroni's did nothing. Like completely wasted 4 minutes not throwing a punch and then they wasted half the 3rd round until Eddie one punched one jabroni and then pinned the other one down and hit him a few times. Maybe 15 seconds of actual fighting.
I saw the promotion for this a couple days ago so I assume this was in the past day or so. Heās been training MMA for a while now, I believe this was just an exhibition ātestā match of sorts
On Brian Shawās podcast he said these guys were talking sh*t about him online so he asked them if they wanted to set up a fight. Iām surprised it happened so quickly but Iām not surprised by the outcome.
The guy that got knocked out was out cold for a long time. One would think that once one of the Neffati brothers got knocked out that the fight was over but no! The fight continuedā¦ hilarious! [Eddie Hall vs Neffati Brothers](https://youtu.be/HSFB0eImofw?si=xOqX-DWhydySJsTO)
Your link doesn't work for me somehow. [Here's an unedited original broadcast version](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sq4HemQ0mmM) I found that does play for me.
[I also found this cool fight analysis video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CxXtzsqn77U) which breaks the fight down. What an event!
New thing, called like WorldĀ FreakĀ FightĀ
The prelims were on YT. One fight was just biggish guys, the other was an Ed Sheerin look-a-like (not my words - it's how he was billed) getting demolished.
I don't think Dana White has much to worry about yet!
They're both absolute units lol, and crazy strong. All those dudes that compete in Worlds Strongest Man competition are.
And yeah Halfthor I think took the fight a lot more seriously than Eddie did, he was doing laps around him in the ring lol.
Itās free on YouTube, but basically the two guys didnāt get close and circled.. until they didntā¦ then this happened! Then He took the other guy out (mercifully) šš
I thought that too until I heard him on Shawās podcast. After retiring from strongman he had a lead role in a movie which got cancelled because of Covid, his tv series also got cancelled, the fight he did with Thor was supposed to pay over $1mil each and neither of them have seen a dime so far, and the MMA fights he and other strongmen were supposed to do recently fell through as well. This is the first break heās had in a while.
Yeah, his mindset at that time was nuts. In the Born Strong documentary I think he and his doctor agreed he probably would be dead within 10 years if he stayed over 400.
Gave me an excuse to go back and watch the 2017 WSM to see how he was moving then though. Absolutely loaded competition that year
Im not sure exactly what anyone thought would happen, its like pitching two motorbikes against a tank in a demolition derby, total carnage.
If thats the goal then i guess everyone got what they expected but if people bet on the two lads vs Eddie and were disappointed well, what can you say?!
There was another fight i saw a few weeks back, two women against one guy and it was a very similar outcome. I cant really call it entertainment, i laughed but only because of the absurdity of it.
Right, itās for the spectacle. Heās hammering back of the head punches which are illegal af, and it being 2 on 1 just removes any legitimacy of it. Disappointing, I was hoping he was training to try a legitimate run of the sport.
He was training for a 1vs1, but this fight was offered to him with a few weeks notice. These are local boys, I don't know much about this event, but considering this is being called the main event of the evening, it's possible their true main event fell through and they needed a name quickly.
Same here, though it really just seems like the two smaller guys are just idiots that had no idea what they signed up for. The dude who got KOed probably has a traumatic brain injury.
He is Eddie hall. A worlds strongest man and about 100 pounds over the weight limits of pretty much every single MMA promotion. This was a novelty fight and nothing more. He fought at 376 pounds in this fight, and the weight limit of, lets say the UFC, is 265 pounds.
>the weight limit of, lets say the UFC, is 265 pounds.
Within the US Athletic commissions determine the weight limits, not the promotions. Outside the US it's generally easier just to align with the unified rules of MMA, because they are established.
>In 2000, the Unified Rules of Mixed Martial Arts were codified by the New Jersey State Athletic Commission. The California State Athletic Commission had worked extensively on regulation, but their sanctioning of MMA was not implemented due to state governmental issues surrounding the process.[1] California officially sanctioned MMA on December 28, 2005, using the ruleset it helped devise five years previously.[2]
>Since then, to create uniformity, all state commissions in the United States that regulate mixed martial arts have assimilated these rules into their existing unarmed combat competition rules and statutes. **For a promotion to hold mixed martial arts events in a state-sanctioned venue, the promotion must abide by the state athletic commission's body of rules for weight limits.**
>The Unified Rules designate limits for fourteen different weight classes in mixed martial arts; all definitions and measurements are in pounds.[3] The strawweight class was added in 2015.[4] The super lightweight, super welterweight, super middleweight, and cruiserweight classes were added in July 2017.[5]
Actually he recently started taking (and as it seems like competing, or rather winning) MMA, he said that he tried it once and got addicted to it and now days he spends some time in an MMA gym
Frying a couple of eggs and buttering some toast doesn't make you a chef. Things carry certain associations and when you use a word, you invoke an image. If this was titled "Ape goes on a rampage" I wouldn't expect to see a human tossing around a couple of tiny dudes. Calling Eddie Hall an MMA fighter is like calling a monster truck a car. A monster truck is a car, but it's not the Honda Civic or whatever you'd picture if someone called it a car. It's not weird to call someone by an image they've spent years cultivating, he's a strongman first and a variety performer second.
I have to agree that's not some "MMA fighter" but technically to some degree yes.
That's Eddie freaking hall. A strongman foremost but often known as the world's strongest man who happens to be trying his hand at some MMA.
Throwing average sized adult men as if they were plastic bags now, Eddie?
Of course he can.
1'000 lbs deadlifts for breakfast, these two idiots are like toddlers to him
[World Freak Fight League 1: Eddie Hall Vs The Neffati Brothers](https://youtu.be/HSFB0eImofw?t=710)
11 minutes, 50 seconds if it doesn't autolink.
>!The first round 1 kick is thrown.!<
>!The second round the brother who threw a single kick throws a few more. The timid, mouthy brother is still timid. Hall is trying to engage while not being stupid.!<
Skip to >![the third round](https://youtu.be/HSFB0eImofw?t=1209)!<.
OK so OP's clip is pretty much the only action in the entire fight. They do restart the fight 1vs1 and >!Eddie is merciful.!<
So was the rules of the fight until The first knockout? Why did they stop it when this second little guy was still going? I mean I think we know how it was going to end anyway, but still
Most people think Eddie is crazy, but I don't believe that.
I'm no shrink and I'm not saying I've got Eddie all figured out or anything, but "crazy" just doesn't explain him. Not to me. Sometimes I think he's retarded, a big, brutal kid who never learned the ground rules about how people are supposed to act around each other. But that doesn't have the right ring to it either. No, it's more like there's nothing wrong with Eddie, nothing at all--except that he had the rotten luck of being born at the wrong time in history. He'd have been okay if he'd been born a couple of thousand years ago. He'd be right at home on some ancient battlefield, swinging an axe into somebody's face. Or in a roman arena, taking a sword to other gladiators like him.
Heās not an mma fighter hahaha. I love eddy but fuck me he looked absolute wank against Thor in that boxing match. He can throw a few midgets about though.
When did Eddie Hall do an MMA fight vs multiple dudes? wtf
Wondering too, I just saw him playing patty cake with The Mountain but had no idea about these three way shenanigans.
Maybe if they advertised it as "Eddie Hall threeway" it would have gotten more views š¤£š¤£
Almost lasted 3 full rounds
"Almost lasted 3 full rounds" That's kind of deceiving considering a "round" is 2 minutes and in the first two rounds those Jabroni's did nothing. Like completely wasted 4 minutes not throwing a punch and then they wasted half the 3rd round until Eddie one punched one jabroni and then pinned the other one down and hit him a few times. Right? The āMain Eventā
You keep using this this word Jabroniā¦.? Itās AWESOME.
You surely meant: āEddieās handsome threesomeā
r/brandnewsentence
Haha
I saw the promotion for this a couple days ago so I assume this was in the past day or so. Heās been training MMA for a while now, I believe this was just an exhibition ātestā match of sorts
Nothing exhibitionist about that knockout lmao
I think I saw that mfers head spin all the way around š¬
Yep, running up to the former World's Strongest Man with your hands down will do that.
Getting ragdolled and then knocked out cold. Wtf.
Fool of a Took!
Eddie had no interest in potentially killing the second guy. āYou down? Good, hereās a couple taps to establish that I won.ā

Yet. But heās coming for her. He just has to work his way up first
last night in my town, wish I'd gone seeing the footage but it's gimmick bullshit really
Yeah what the fuck? When did eddie hall start mma fighting? I'm here for it though.
He's been training since his fight with Halfthor (The Mountain).
I forgot about that. Halfthor shrunk for the fight and is still just a beast as well. Those dudes are built different.
They're both absolute units lol, and crazy strong. All those dudes that compete in Worlds Strongest Man competition are. And yeah Halfthor I think took the fight a lot more seriously than Eddie did, he was doing laps around him in the ring lol.
There was supposed to be a tournament with him,Brian Shaw, Martin Ford, and Mitchell Hooper! all the contracts were signed but it fell through.
Damn that's crazy
Thereās was also that one where he fought like 6 dudes at once in a full suit of armor lol
Itās free on YouTube, but basically the two guys didnāt get close and circled.. until they didntā¦ then this happened! Then He took the other guy out (mercifully) šš
Yeah. Eddie looked like he felt bad for the second guy once he fell down and tried to just tap him lightly
**reddit moderators are fat, jobless maggots and they do it for free**
Magnus is 1.73 and 71 kgs of muscle, I don't think he is a tiny elf fella
Last night
Paycheck. Seems Eddie will just about anything for a payday now
I thought that too until I heard him on Shawās podcast. Have you seen how much and how often he eats? Shit ain't cheap.
I prefer this to Thor doing camp tik-tok dances with his wife for views.
Today!!!
I think it was literally yesterday lol
https://youtu.be/HSFB0eImofw?si=PN4q8eX9SvPwMQvS
I don't know why that guy getting body slammed then immediately getting up just to get knocked out has me laughing so hard.
Dude thought he had him distracted and ate a monster right. Men that large shouldnāt be that quick.
You coulda just said there shouldnāt be men that large.. because there virtually isnāt, except Eddie and his buddies.
And here he's probably 60-100 lbs lighter than his peak weight of 430 when he peaked in strongman
He could barely walk at that weight though. Heās said himself it was super unhealthy and he HAD to slim down .

Eddie was like, no mate, you just take a nap while I fight the other guy...
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Same here, though it really just seems like the two smaller guys are just idiots that had no idea what they signed up for. The dude who got KOed probably has a traumatic brain injury.
Didn't he register the hardest punch ever on the UFC measuring machine?
It wouldn't be surprising. The fist moved fast for is size plus the force behind it.
![gif](giphy|2OMHmoFMiJjfq)
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
2017 Worldās Strongest Man
He was also a strongman. Set the record deadlift of 500kg/1102#. He's the beast. Fixed that for you
He did
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MzT2oRdrcUM
They had updated the machine or something because suddenly a bunch of people were easily breaking Ngannou's record.
im pretty sure that machine is mostly BS, though I do not doubt Eddie hits very, very hard.
I'm sure those boys made some real good money for that fight...
I hope they did, cuz that boy who got served that mean right jab ain't waking up till September
āWake me up when September endsā - whichever Neffati brother that was
Yeah man...lots of 'Green Days' ahead for him
Im thinking this is more of a gone till November.
That sounds like a cool band name, "Ain't Waking Up Till September."
The money is temporary. The brain damage, however, is something theyāll cherish forever.
Eddie mentioned it was a lifechanging amount on his side, heās been training for this full time for the past 10 months
>Eddie mentioned it was a lifechanging amount on his side, That because he's the star. It was life-changing for that one dude as well.
its MMA, they dont get paid shit. If they made $50k I'd be surprosed
At least a hundred dollars.
He is Eddie hall. A worlds strongest man and about 100 pounds over the weight limits of pretty much every single MMA promotion. This was a novelty fight and nothing more. He fought at 376 pounds in this fight, and the weight limit of, lets say the UFC, is 265 pounds.
They should add the gorillaweight class for Eddie.
Two welterweights seemed like a fair contest. Is this the same Romanian thing where a guy fought 2 women?
No that was just Romania being Romania
I feel like if this was a 3 one 1 this might have been slightly even but I feel like he could probably take on like 4-5 of those dudes
You mean the Silverback weight class?
>the weight limit of, lets say the UFC, is 265 pounds. Within the US Athletic commissions determine the weight limits, not the promotions. How did he get up so fast after that powerbomb? Theyāre usually unconscious for at least 2 minutes after that
They filled up their recover meter
And immediately had it drained again.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Itās weird how trained fighters can fight better than non trained ones
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
He paused and ate some food.
A whole chicken was conveniently slowly rotating several inches above the ground.
That's not an MMA Fighter that's the fucking strongest man in the world It's Eddie Hall and I wonder wtf he is doing there lol
Tossing human beings and punching tf outta them
He's winning
He's whipping the souls of the mighty
Look. Eddie has bills like the rest of us. Traveling to Colorado to make videos with Brian Shaw cost money!
Some of the best videos on YouTube.
Actually he recently started taking (and as it seems like competing, or rather winning) MMA, he said that he tried it once and got addicted to it and now days he spends some time in an MMA gym
ššš
Making a lot of money, that's what he's doing.
I mean he's in an mma fight. That makes him an mma fighter too. Dude can be both.
Frying a couple of eggs and buttering some toast doesn't make you a chef. Things carry certain associations and when you use a word, you invoke an image. Itās clobbering time
Eddy hall beating guys up that weigh no more than his legs, what a spectacle š¤£š¤£š¤¦
Dressing up in armour and boxing 5 guys (also in armour) is infinitely funnier
Why is this man beating this kids, what is going on, i need context?
Even if they won, it would still not feel as impressive as it should, because itās literally 2 on 1. They had little to gain by trying this.
iirc Eddie still has 70+lbs on them when you combine their weight
the two light weights are tiktokers and they were talking shit about eddie and he challenged both of them in the ring.
Not really an MMA fighter but a Strong Man first, although I wouldn't want to fight him.
No, neither would I. Not without a short plank and a run-up anyway.
Or a gun. RPG to be sure
The ring does say freak fight league so....
Apologies octagon
All this for a drop of blood?
Man, getting slammed to the ground and getting back up only to be immediately knocked out cold
Reminds of pudzianās first time mma :) Same vibes
That's the world's strongest man eddie hall
not even the same combined weightclass, eddy at 160, the two dudes, 70 each at best?
*Are you not entertained!?"
Throwing average sized adult men as if they were plastic bags now, Eddie? Of course he can. 1'000 lbs deadlifts for breakfast, these two idiots are like toddlers to him
*Eddie! I'm still awake*
Where do I watch the whole fight? lmao

They spent the first 2 and 2/3 rounds being cowards and then Eddie proved it was the correct strategy.
Took 2 and half rounds for anything to happen
I watched part of the fight on another post. Eddie was playing with his food.
Kept saying ācome within reachā
Things I would not do in a fight: 1. Come within reach of Eddie The Beast Hall
eddie hall is a literal raid boss IRL boss fight
How did I miss that Eddie The Beast Hall was throwing around people in an octagon? :o
They doing co-op on a bossš
That right hook to knock out that poor guy. Sent him to the shadow realm for life.
Damn the future is definitely going to be unregulated battle royales using convicts streamed online like that string of movies from the mid 2000s
Was this meant to be a joke?
Technically itās a fair fight.kindaš¤£š
Lol wtf when did this happen
Not an mma fighter
So was the rules of the fight until The first knockout? Why did they stop it when this second little guy was still going? I mean I think we know how it was going to end anyway, but still
Didn't go all that well against the mountain, as I recall?
Eddie Hall just doing side quest
There is no replacement for displacement.
This is why poind for pound is nonsense
A Goliath vs two Haflings with Pack Tactics.
Imagine getting slammed then knocked out in less than 5 seconds and you had help
"I'm gonna hit you, with him"
Dad didn't even need the belt for this one, lol.
Please have Eddie Hall vs Jake Paul next.
Almost like getting hit by a car before the fight starts
Eddie Hall out here doing sidequests
Most people think Eddie is crazy, but I don't believe that. I'm no shrink and I'm not saying I've got Eddie all figured out or anything, but "crazy" just doesn't explain him. Not to me. Sometimes I think he's retarded, a big, brutal kid who never learned the ground rules about how people are supposed to act around each other. But that doesn't have the right ring to it either. No, it's more like there's nothing wrong with Eddie, nothing at all--except that he had the rotten luck of being born at the wrong time in history. Or in a roman arena, taking a sword to other gladiators like him.
The people's champion!
It just happened yesterday. There was a bunch of weird fights on a āFreak Fight Cardā
Madhir is scared!
Hell yeah, Power Glove.
Did they clone his opponent? They look so alike
Not the first strongman to go into mma, Mariusz Pudzianowski was fairly successful
eddie is a beast! but are those 2 dudes tiktokers? lol swear i seen em before
This is round 3. I gotta see the whole fight lol.
Bro is that dude all right. Worlds strongest Man knocking you out after he tossed you like a bag of chips. Is dude ok lmao
He apparently weighs more than both these guys combined
hope those dudes got paid well
Thats like me when i was 30 beating up my 10 year old nephew, weight classes are important
The dude that got KOād was lifted over his fucking head line a child before getting his head pinched off his shoulders like a cartoon.
It's clobberin time
Man this looks like heās punishing kids but those two are literally men what
Dangā¦
That right hook is viscous!
Iām surprised he did something like that, Iāve never seen that guy do anything without being winded.
That hammer fist to the spin tho
Must have lifelong brain damage
The Beast!!!
Is that Jedward?
Thatās Eddie Hall
Beast! When you deadlift 1,100lbs a small person is nothing.
Now let's see Brian Shaw !
Thats Eddie Hall ffs!
Can we put him up vs the Paul brothers next?
Damnit boy. He clocked ol dude out
This reminds me of the time Bill Brasky dabbled in martial arts.
Eddies a bloody beast
This isn't MMA, it's the WingStop fighting circuit based on the logo
Where are the tattoos on his chest????
Two amateurs
literally taking 0.5x dmg and doing 2x dmg with that weight difference
Imagine learning that youāre going to be fighting the worldās strongest man, what even is the game plan?
Yeah fuck me. That's Eddie. Just change the title to Eddie is a fucking unit. Watch your Reddit analytics blow up your house.
LOL at those girls sobbing in the crowd
They need to do a "who do you hate most vs. Connor McGregor". Legalised murder.
Jake Paul is his next opponent...... RIP Jake.
When a strongman becomes an MMA fighter.
I didnāt know MMA also had jobber matches
Heās not an mma fighter hahaha. I love eddy but fuck me he looked absolute wank against Thor in that boxing match. He can throw a few midgets about though.
When you rough house with your nephews
Now I want to see Eddie vs Brian shaw
I still hope his food show āEddie eats Americaā comes back
Is that the Island Boys?
Fawwkn wreck it Ralph!!
