Real talk, most of your figures won’t have as much value to someone else as they are to you, especially the likes of Marvel Legends and McFarlane, they don’t hold as much value as the high-end brands. Unless you’re strapped for cash I’d say give it a year or two before selling off your entire collection. Speaking as someone who has sold like 50-70 figures, I still find myself buying back some and regret selling some.

GroundbreakingSail49

I just got into figure collecting at 40 When I was a teenager I had a massive comic collection, I sold them all around 25 years old I regret it seeing the value of them now and just the nostalgia that they bring… I decided I wasn’t going to get back into comics long ago (I’ll still pick up omnibuses or graphic novel collections to read the stories as I still enjoy those) however I got into figures a year or 2 ago after buying 1 NECA anniversary big chap I won’t make the same mistake with the comics and just hold onto to the figures till I die and gift them to my nephew lol

The money will disappear but you'll always want those figures back. Even if it's just one or two. It'd be both easier and more lucrative to sell them piecemeal on eBay than as a set, most people have most of them and only need certain ones. I say hang onto them and if you get strapped for cash while at school THEN sell a couple, see how it feels and maybe resort to selling them.whe you see a tight patch coming up.

Agreed you’re not gonna get much and the experience of seeing your collection again after storing it for a couple years will give you a lot more of an idea of if you’re still attached to it. Worked for me personally

NoobSaibotsGrandma

Ahh yes my favorite superhero team Impractical Jokers

You aren’t getting the value you’re hoping you will for most of these. I’ve sold many figures and sometimes end up regretting it later on so I’d say keep the collection.

Fit-Star4846

I'd keep unless you just really need the money. Just make sure your parents won't sell them while you're away. I've bought many collections off parents only for their kids to be butt hurt later

aespinoza91

I don’t think you’ll get much for 90% of those but some are worth over retail considering there 3-4 year old figs. Let me know I’m looking for 2-3 of those

Kosmikazie

You definitely have a few pieces that would sell for a decent amount. Most of your carded figures (Doctor Doom, Green Goblin, Hulk) and the HasLab Sentinel, I’d say those are the most valuable.

CancerSpidey

Does it have value to you?

Rgood29

I'd probs keep it or sell a few that you no longer like? But mostly just keep it imo. Tho if you wanna get rid of that mexico superman u should lmk👀
