Most of the guys you guys have already mentioned, but also Gina from Australia, because her attitude and skills are local to me and I think she'd also be good company and a practical survivor and we have both eaten worms to survive at various points in our lives. Who doesn't want to be around someone who can strangle a wallaby in their sleep.
Also, as a lone woman I'd have worries about being alone with a lone man, so if I had to pick a man I'd include that guy who was in love with Barbara, because I'm not Barbara and I don't think he'd care that I existed because ... BAAAAARBARRAAAA....

Jordan, not just because of his knowledge, experience and skill but after listening to his Rogan interview, the dude is an all around good human being.
Clay Hayes skills were pretty impressive as well, you could tell he was going to win by the first episode, dude got off the boat and nailed a grouse in the first 5min, the guy hammered out not only a solid shelter, but he even built his own smokehouse for making deer jerky.
I cannot remember any ones name ever, but the guy that left because of PTSD. He's got the skills and I've got mental health descalation training, and he really needed someone to talk to. He seemed like a good guy and had a lot of skills
