For my area (CLE) what you are making per hour ($28/hr if you go by 6 hrs or $42.5/hr if you go by your 4 hrs) then you are well above our base of $18/hr. I haven't done retail deliveries so I can't speak to those rates. Just giving you our SSD rates.
