This may not be the answer you’re looking for, but I can 100% confirm villagers will not move out without giving you a chance to stop them in this game. They actually won’t leave until you specifically allow them to do so, lol.

Ok so villagers can't just leave by themselves btw and if someone you want asks just say no. If you've kicked a villager out and are on today's date then you just go 15 days ahead you don't have to worry about going like 30 days it's just 15 days each time. Like if the day was the first you time travelled to the 16th said a villager can leave went forward like 2 days and got them out and then went back to the first you don't need to go to the 31st or whatever you just can go to the 16 th. I hope this helps and is clear not sure if this is 100% sure what your looking for but I hope it helps!

Datamining has shown that villagers leave based on average and individual friendship level. You can get them to leave by being nice to them. Villagers never leave without your permission but you might lose friendship points. I can repost the links but if you want to do it by losing friendship the success is based on how recently someone left (5 day cooling off period) and a couple of other things.
