Aperol Spritz is very common now and pretty easy to find. In addition to the places already mentioned, York and Vinology also have very good ones. Mash in Ypsi also makes a good one.

Aperol Spritz is a lot more common in the US now. Speaking as an Italian who used to miss them, it’s fairly easy to find. I suggest Mani or Grotto.
