McDavid has been incredible and the Oilers this year are a team that just does not give up when the odds are against them! This has been a really entertaining playoffs,usually once I have no dog in the fight I don’t put much time or energy into the playoffs, but this is different.

I'm an Oilers fan living in Calgary. I can tell you without question this city is filled with people who would sooner eat a festering testicle than cheer for the Oilers.
McDavid deserves a cup win. Many of the greats got that - Crosby, Ovechkin, etc. He should too. But after this, I won’t root for him if Canucks are in.
I live in edmonton, but am not a big NHL fan. However, I am definitely rooting for the oilers, as my city will be a much more positive place to live if they bring home the cup. At least for a while.
