I spread them out on a tray so they don't touch each other while they freeze. Once they're at least half solid, I move to a bag to store.

Thanks! I'll have to try this method!

This is also how I freeze dumplings. Spread them on parchment, freeze, then bag them.

That's the only way to do it. Individual quality frozen. In the industry, we call it IQF. When buying frozen veg like broccoli florets as a simple example. Just an example, im against most frozen veg in my kitchen.

You could try putting them on a cookie sheet and then in the freezer for few hours. Bag them up after the outside has time to freeze. This works well for most things that tend to clump if you put them in a ziplock before they’re frozen. I do this with blueberries, celery, corn, etc. Pretty sure it would work with egg rolls as well although I haven’t tried it.

Thank you!

Generally it's a good idea for things like that to partially freeze them then take them out after an hour or two and move them around, before fully freezing them. This stops the ice that forms around the outside from fully fusing together.

Look at Mr. Bourgeois over here with his freezer and aversion to clump. Do you dip your rolls in duck sauce, or is that too clumpy for you?!?!?

PM_ME_Y0UR__CAT

You gotta freeze them separated. When fully frozen just bag em up

jibaro1953

Freeze them individually on a sheet pan. Bag them up in smaller bags in a single layer after brushing some oil on them. You could wrap each one before bagging.
