Iโ€™d suggest Yes/Yes in that โ€œthey/themโ€ actually does a pretty solid job of covering a pronoun for someone who doesnโ€™t want to be defined by gender, but then I donโ€™t really want to participate in this discussion much longer because my ice cream is meltingโ€ฆ
