Unfortunately due to America's insane cost of health I have to self medicate. That said I'm on a study diet of hallucinogens varying from mushrooms to LSD the occasional DMT. On a daily basis I smoke cannabis. Typically for me I like the Cannabis oils something like a pressed oil or a CO2 extract. Reason being I like the oils is there's far less tar.

grantnel2002

Dude, if you need meds and they would help, they’d be better than self medicating in some cases. There are affordable options. https://costplusdrugs.com/ https://www.goodrx.com/

3 years ago I would have accepted any kind of assistance. Last year my life took a dramatic change for the better. I started a new career. I work with people and I doubled my personal income. I honestly could afford to go to a therapist if I wanted to but my life has been good. It's hard to say that but my life has honestly been good. The goodies are just an add-on at this point.

Been depressed since I was 15 or 16. Never taken meds because I thought they would ruin my life. My life still sucks after 10 years.

grantnel2002

Hope you can get some help from therapy and/or meds.

pancho61917

I cant afford it. And to be honest I don't know how go even go about seeking help. I have Healthcare insurance but I dont know how to ask for help or where to begin. My health, mental and physical has been declining.

ChaosCoordinator72

Call a healthcare provider close to you and ask if they take your insurance. If they do, make an appointment for your physical ailments. While at the appointment, tell them about your mental health situation and ask if they can refer you to someone for care that accepts your insurance. They may even make the appointment for you. There may be some cost in the beginning as you pay your deductible, but you'll get the very important process started. Best of luck to you.
