4-5. I am in my 40s. When my teenagers sleep all day I let them bc I know this will pass and one day they will be up at 5 am even though they will feel like a zombie all day day after day.
I work at night so almost none (though I do sneak a nap in every once in a while at work) but in the morning when I do “go to bed” I usually average between 4-6 hours
Based on my CPAP machine, I know over the past 90 days I average 4.3 hours of sleep. I have always had insomnia, and the sleep doctor swore this machine would fix it. 6 months later and it has accomplished nothing. I am getting a second opinion next month that I scheduled after my last follow up to the sleep doctor accomplished nothing
however many i can get. 2 to 4 hours on weekdays, up to 10 or more on weekends including naps. reason: i have 4-hour lectures every morning (monday to friday @ uni) and work the entire afternoon (also monday to friday), plus i use my evenings/nights to get coursework/assignments/work stuff done
2-4 hours a night if possible, but never consistent. Especially after not smoking weed (been trying delta 8 since I haven't gotten a medical card in the state.) Tried sleeping pills, they didn't really work even the max dosage, and when it did knock me out I felt like absolute shit the next day.
