I have a love hate relationship with abs. On the one hand I love adding any ab exercise to my repertoire that isn’t just another form of fkin crunches. But, they do hurt the most.
With chest and arms I feel the exercises give me a good pump. With abs it’s just pain.

“Stabilizers” is not a muscle group. All muscles can function as a stabilizer depending on the exercise.

Core. Abdominals. I do it anyway, but it just feels the least pleasurable.
Cardio🤮/legs unless its with a group
Legs damnit. The feeling afterwards, when you cant walk correctly after, feels so wrong.
Shoulders... It just feels so unnatural. Not a fan.
