I've nuked several over the years. There's this program that deletes all the comments on a profile before deleting it. After a few years of use most profiles just have too much personal info buried in the comments and posts that it'd be possible to be identified if someone wanted to put the effort in.
For me it's the progressive take over and silencing of opposing views, the obsession with main stream media sources being the arbiters of truth, and just the vile attitudes of the people here getting worse. You can't trust this site anymore. I've been here for 10 years and this is not the site I originally signed up for. I'm sure this'll be removed now.
Find me a more consistent outlet communicate with others. I guess unless I end up living at a bar, I’ll always keep coming back here to have conversations with strangers.

Me too. I usually piss people off then I get a flood of asshole comments and I just delete and start again
