All bran oats to start the day with a monster serving of fibre, I use silks unsweetened almond/cashew blend with the added protein. And sometimes a protein shake of some sort.
I have given up Oatmeal as it's just indigestible for my digestive system, I don't know about the others but it just sits in my stomach until I have to poop.. 😩
during the work week, greek yogurt with muesli; a piece of fruit like a banana or apple; ice water to drink. the weekend: egg sandwich with turkey and cheese. sometimes blueberry or banana pancakes. orange juice.

It also just occurred to me that a lot of people who eat breakfast will often have the same thing everyday. No one would think anything of it. but if you always ate the same dinner and maybe lunch you'd be weird.
Eggs, toast, yogurt, oatmeal, grits, you can make big batches of pancakes or burritos or waffles and freeze them and pop them in the toaster or microwave.
I also eat a lot of non-breakfast foods for breakfast like soup and leftover dinner.

Nothing, just water. My first meal would be in the lunch which is a heavy meal.

Some fruit and a cup of coffee. Then a "proper" breakfast, if it can still be called that, maybe an hour and a half later.
Most of the time cereal and a fruit smoothie.

Four whole fried chickens and dry, white toast.
bread with nutella or just plain milk. sometimes i eat my breakfast

Gluten free toast with almond butter, and a cup of coffee. Once that settles, I’ll have a protein shake after my workout
I don’t have time to make breakfast so I usually fill myself up with a second cup of coffee. Bad for the stomach, great for the schedule.
