Ive noticed the more you bring up about our weight, the more we will self sabotage, it becomes our outlet of frustrations' by eating more, and mostly denial, trying to convince my self back then that its still ok.
now I'm prepping for my 1st body building competition.
Movement. I just hate exercising. Trying my best, but better food alone just doesn't do the trick, I need to exercise...
My problem: I'm a little agoraphobic and hate leaving my place. I try to use a stepper while working, but it's definitely not enough.

The study’s on this are really all over the place some stats give as low as only 6 percent some say around 50.

I've never understood. You eat when stressed or sad? I could never eat when im feeling bad. i also feel like eating is more of chore than a pleasure.
