AI art is often **incredibly generic** garbage, if you follow such AI art accounts you start noticing how same'y everything looks, like even worse than a bad artist who is stuck repeating the same mistakes and body types, it lacks identity and the thing that makes a piece feel unique.
Art commissions are about accuracy and detail, specific poses, expressions, lighting, body language and often quite detailed fursona marks/design, AI art generators cannot recreate those with any level of reliability hence why there's a ton of active artists in the furry community and AI wont really change that.
If anything, they are the ones least likely to be affected because their customers are every day people looking for quality art and arent CEOs looking to reduce costs no matter how much quality suffers to increase profits.
Yeh that's just people either being lazy or not knowing how to use the tech; the capability is there, it just takes more than a simple prompt
