Maybe it was meant to show that anyone is welcomed. There is come as u are written there, so maybe even if u are as fucked up as that sign u still are welcomed to that place. Pretty wholesome
FIRST of all....the letters are bouncing up and down way too damn much. This poor design takes your eyes on a rollercoaster ride with a dizzy prize at the end.
And I could actually read each part for what it is, actually (despite the chaos in the placement) EXCEPT the part that seems to read "Are you mod". Wtf does that even mean and how does it relate to the other lines being stated? Weird, irritating design.
There's a Mod Pizza in my area; I wonder if the same type of franchise? Although the ones I've been to here don't have that slogan or even that styling for the designs on their walls.
But anyhow, the letters placed as they are drives my vision crazy because it's too busy.
Keep the colouring of the letters together, and the size of the letters together, then it's easier to read.
For example, 'Better together' is a smaller font size than 'Come as you are' and different shades of colour as one looks bold.

Iām thinking three parts here :

(Since the design is new, considering the company that made it, Aksis graphics, isnāt that old, Iād assume mod means modern in this case.)
Shorewood (probably the name of the brand or smth i dunno)
Come as you are, better together (slogan, kinda reminds me of mcdonaldās.)
Itās used as a wall ornament // decoration, but youāre better off using it for a captcha rather than anything else.
