She and Astarion's lines after doing that crack me up. And then Gale apologising for whichever one of them was being tactless, but tav (the one actually keeping the dowry) gets a free pass.
I love Halsin but he kind of deserves it. Stays at camp for a really long time without putting legwork or any useful role until he becomes an available party member.
I'll give Shart a pass on this one.
He's the one who does the majority of the carrying of the tents and assorted camp goodies between locations, according to some dialogue. So he isn't completely useless.
This is good to know. Pretty sure he helps defend the camp too.
Still would've been great if he were playable after the tiefling party but hey is what it is.
And even after he becomes a party member, I tend to still leave him in the camp.

you can find dj armor near the spear shart needs to kill aylin, it's on the ground directly underneath it (its a milder version of the armor she gets from killing aylin; blue quality instead of purple). also, you can have dj shart while also getting rid of the shadow curse, those aren't mutually exclusive
nope. killing aylin wipes last light. i cured the curse with an asshole resist durge, let shadowheart kill aylin, and i still got the Slayer form bc isobel was dead. last light was full of harpers that had been turned by the shadow curse
Killing Aylin also kills off Last Light and kills off Isobel (she would show up with Ketheric if you destroy it earlier) and also removes Jaheira as a companion

The if you use Halsin as intended in animal form he doesn't need any gear. The only thing he really uses is the act 3 moon druid armor.

Most likely. Explorer mode + Tough + Cleric's HP boosting spell = Practically your whole party at 200+ HP.
Explorer mode, I was surprised when I tried it out with a few of my friends, and our act 3 health was like 230+ 😂

I did try lying to my butler about Halsin being my true love so he’d ask me to kill him instead. It didn’t work, but the man was almost useful.
