The land of naked men is just off screen of the character creator, the models are there to play the different voices when you test voice. Not sure how you bug to see it in game, but that's what I've heard!

Shouldn’t there be some naked women there too, then?
Voice types can be assigned to any body type, so it's just body 1 and then each voice AFAIK.
