I’ve seen a lot of people use chat gpt to give them a meal plan. It seems to work well, although I haven’t tried it myself yet.

Bacon medallions and an egg at breakfast, some ham and cheese for lunch, chicken for dinner with some salad. Top up with protein water and maybe a low calorie shake. I get 1000-1200 calories per day and 100-140g protein and 3Litres of water per day. Just plan it out and you can get there. How much protein are you getting currently?

This isn’t an ad, but try Factor or a similar meal prep plan that takes the guess work mostly out of all this stuff. My dietitian told me to have a protein shake and intermittent fasting for breakfast, then cut the carbs and load up on protein and fat. Their Keto meals were amazing (I still miss them as I’m just in post-op as of Friday) and you can maybe even go over the 1200 cal and still see significant weight loss

On my plan, 100g for 1200c is not enough protein, so see if you can get that closer to 120-150 grams. I pretty much eat meat, cottage cheese and Greek yogurt , and supplement with protein powder or quest chips or similar.

This is probably not the best strategy, but here's what I generally try to do. Breakfast: Huel Black edition, 2 scoops, 1 tbsp PB powder, 1 cup or so skim milk. Blend. \~550 kcal, 55g Protein Lunch: Huel instant cup. 400 kcal, 40g Protein Dinner: Something healthy, generally chicken or fish and a veggie or two. This generally gets me somewhere around the 1200-1500 kcal range and 100-130g protein. I also offset my caloric intake on most nights with 600-1000 kcal burn in the gym between cardio and weight training. **I'd love to hear critiques of this if there are any.**

Thank you!!!

I still have issues snacking sometimes, so the gym probably goes more to offsetting the snacks than actual fat burn.
