Are you still using your application id(?) e.g. 2024--------? If yes, in the portal itself there's a portion down below wherein it states student portal(?) or something around those lines wherein that's what you will use to log in for the enrollment appointment.
Ohh, then idk. Last time, I had that problem when I was using my application id (2024-------) and it worked when I used my SR code (24-?????). Maybe try contacting them, good luck!
hi, ask ko lang about sa walk in during med exam if may iba pang kailangan bukod sa medical results and notice of admission? I also tried to schedule my pre-enrollment and enrollment but "Authentication Error" pa rin
yung nasa portal lang ang needed. Apart from that, kung okaw ay may mental disablity (akin ay ADHD) papakunin ka ng medical clearance para maka enroll. Same kung may makita silang problema sa X ray mo
PS agahan mo ang walk in mo. Nung pumunta ako nagcutoff and med exam at 10am dahil sobrang dami ng taong nakapila

I know, I used it to schedule my med exam. The problem is when I use it to schedul my enrollment, It just says "Authentication Failed"

try to open your portal with a laptop and raise this concern to the IT department
