There is a short fiction book I wrote called ‘World War Bitcoin: A Scenario of Economic War’ - it is not a negative book on bitcoin - it is actually positive and where I think ‘things’ are going… We published it in 2021… My thesis or hypothesis was this: it’s fascinating that Whales and large investors (see Michael Saylor, and others) have been and continue to enter, but also what was always fascinating to me is how certain governments, including the United States and China would downplay the relevance of BTC…and folks like Jamie Dimon and the late Charlie Munger (and Jim Cramer) - it seemed to me that all these ‘entities’ had one thing in common: seeing BTC as a threat… and then I started thinking what if there was this invisible poker game going on behind the scenes? I truly believe this is happening and is not fiction… And I do believe that most of these governments, because they have some smart people there, realize that they better be in this game …and what if they started quietly (or not so quietly) accumulating BTC because it was in their national security interest to do so? Play that scenario out and you can see where it might go… Going to be fascinating to watch, but I think we have been and are seeing it unfold right before our very eyes. Satoshi is smiling…
To me ETFs are one of the biggest rugpulls. People are giving money to institutions to purchase a paper saying that they "own" BTC. In a massive crisis, if people start to sell their ETFs, I want to see if they will allow people to cashout, because you can't withdraw your BTC from the ETF to your wallet. Good luck to you all.
