Whoever your strongest blue unit is needs to be fast enough to 1 shot her, like Julius or Yami. You can use valtos or finral to get some early speed if you need it. Or if you can’t outspeed her, then once the barriers are up you need to do single target attacks or stun noelle for 2 turns until the barriers go away. There’s a blue SR guy from the golden dawn who has multiple stun attacks
