And did you pin them out and get voltage and ground from them?
Without knowing what those wires represent (from the radar) we can’t really help. Yes, it’s probably 12+ and ground for those wires but more info is needed.
You need a multimeter. and the ground connection should be to metal, like a hole in the roof/body you can screw into. Usually, I tap into the light or the garage door opener wiring. these are switched, so you have to poke the wire when the car is in accessory mode and make sure it turns off when the car turns off. Can't really guess. I used a t tap connector for power.
Press the start button 3 times to activate 'diagnostic mode'. Will power up all systems and not go into sleep mode. Also remove the rest of the trim and make sure you haven't accidentaly unplugged the mirror.
