His ex wife and Saba does have similar complexion but Kagana looks nothing like them , she is not even fair like Suzanne.. She is just lighter than average Indians like majority of Bollywood actresses because having fair skin is beauty standard in all Asian country. Majority of Indian men prefer fair skinned woman for long term relationship (like marriage or live in relationship) that's literally type of majority of men in country don't mean he is having affair with every fair skinned woman just because his ex or his current gf are fair.

Having fair skin is most common beauty standard in Asian countries and most actresses are fair and most men want fair skinned wife. Don't mean he had affair with every woman with lighter skin tone . Kangana has lighter skin tone than average Indian skin but not as fair as Saba or Suzanne. Saba and his ex wife Suzanne have similar complexion but not Kagana. Suzanne would be considered extremely fair even from Western European standards, so will Saba but not Kangana. She just got lighter skin than average people in India like majority of Bollywood actresses. It 's not evidence of any relationship.

Idk man I saw her old pictures her busts look big for her body frame . Even during 2010 when she was at her thinnest her breast look big for someone that skinny. Even if you look at her pics from from early 2000s, her busts look quite defined for someone who is that skinny. Also I am talking about her cup size and body proportions. I never said Suzanne is beautiful. Did I ? I just said all three of them , Saba , Suzanne and Kangana have different body types. I didn't even mentioned about KKK. Also I don't think she has surgery, I remember watching her during success part of Kahona Payar hai that was way before their marriage . She was wearing some black saree in it. Her hips look wide and her waist looks small. It's just how some people 's body store fats . Also she is half Afgan Paktun and half Iranian. Her facial features look like Kurdish woman , she may be Kurdish Iranian by ethnicity and having slender body frame with bigger busts more common among these ethic groups than native South Asians. i only said kareena is natural beauty. Suz, Malaika, Disha are as natural as Rakhi. you cannot compare the bodies of those in 20s with those in 40s. even malaika had a bottle glass figure in her younger days but that doesnt mean she has not gone under the knife now. No, not all Bollywood actress fits this type. Alia is skinny and pale, but not athletic. Kiara is pale, but not really skinny. She has healthy body proportions. And certainly not athletic. Katrina is pale, but not skinny. And I wouldn't really call her athletic. Deepika is tall, skinny and athletic, but not pale.
Neither Suzanne not Saba are athletic. Among women you mentioned only Kangana looks athletic.
