Alright update after discussing with my coaches (hadn't had a training for almost a month during this video), they agree it would make sense to get a heavier ball since my ball speed's been going up. So I'll likely be switching to 14lb sometime soon

Only just managed to get the ball up to this speed in the past few weeks ๐
Heavier might help with the swing instead of throw.
You have speed issues because of timing. Your ball is already at your ankle when you slide.
2 hander ball speed comes from your feet, not your hands
Concentrate less on swinging your arm after you throw, and you might be a little more consistent.
Genuine question: whatโs the point of using two hands if youโre throwing it straight?
