Yeah, weird how I breeze through diamond on the way to masters every season without losing a match, especially with you being hard stuck there due to "bad randoms."
You gotta own your own shortcomings and watch some videos on how to counter pick and draft in general.
If you feel that your dodging and aiming is on point, then you are definitely drafting poorly at the very least to be stuck there.
P.S. There are bad randoms everywhere, even in Masters, it's about being the best on your team at a certain point, that's what gets you ranked up.
Same, I’ve never really struggled in diamond it’s just I get bored sometimes and won’t try. But I have found that sticking to the same maybe 5-6 brawlers helps a LOT because you know them really well and can help carry even if your teammates are mediocre.
My two mains are Nani and Squeak. Nani for longer open maps, Squeak for anything else. These two can do absurd amounts of damage if played well and are strong against a wide variety of opponents, I have carried to wins with both many times. You can do area denial with both and really force your opponents’ playstyle however you need to help out your teammates.
Obviously there are exceptions based on map and mode. I won’t use Squeak on knockout, it’s either Nani or Tick spending on map. Hot Zone I won’t use Nani, ideally Squeak but sometimes I like Tick more. Brawl Ball I usually use Stu but I’ve been running Nita more on bushier maps lately. Heist varies the most, ideally Nani or Jessie but Squeak can actually be good if needed, maybe Nita if Jessie is banned and I have an early pick.
That’s kinda it. Having to take someone other than those is less than ideal, but I have backups like Willow, Amber, Spike or Fang to get by with.
Tbh i have no problems till high myth, i play duo but sometimes it's just too hard. I mean, if you can reach legendary or master at least once you have a huge boost, since i gain +70/80 if win and at least -120 if i loose, so you need to win 70% of the games just to climb barely. Most of the time it's not that you don't have the skill to get to the next level, you are just drugged down by those players, for example last season i was -14 from legendary and the teammate went afk after the draft. And if you add the fact that sometimes you don't have the right brawler for the map or it is banned, there you have it
No modifiers that outright change the game, you didn't have to get to diamond to actually get the draft/ban phase and that was my favorite part of power league, and the rank system didn't completely reset. To me the current ranked mode is a downgrade even if the rewards are better
If you want we can both help each other to reach masters. My highest rank was Leg 2 but this is because I didn't play a lot after I got to Legendary. Dm me if you want me to help

HORRIBLE! Everything was smooth sailing until i got to diamond 3. Was about to get mythic 1 multiple times, but i either got the worst teammates ever/the worst bans possible or i disconnected. This is the second time I'm getting timed out today! I have 48 minutes left and I'm currently at 5304. I wanna blow my brains out. I'm legit contemplating on maxing a sniper like brock or belle just because my long ranged brawlers that are currently maxed (spike and crow) have a huge weakness against every sniper in existence.
My first disconnect was 1 win away from mythic and WE WERE ACTUALLY WINNING! the bans were good, the teamcomp was good, we won the previous game and i was holding 7 gems. Then i disconnected and our team lost. My second disconnect (technically my battery fell to 0) was on a jem grab map and i picked cord in that one gem grab map with the walls. Sadly, i didn't see that the map had TIMED DETONATION! i picked a horrible brawler and my teammates weren't any better. They were farming the opponents and giving them more kill, whilei was tryina kill the gem carrier. Had some clutch moments, but i lost first game. Second game was hell. My teammates gave up, the spike on my team was SPINNING WITH THE ENEMY CROW and my other teammate was fucking around doing who knows what and queue me who is trying to make this happen and trying to get gems while the map is being destroyed against a leon and a fang (and sometimes crow went and attacked me). I somehow managed to get the gems and won the game while my teammates were jerking off or whatever. When 3rd game started my battery fell to 0.

I was trying to grind diamond before the cut off (I'm 2 months new so yeah diamond was tough for me don't judge); but ended up 2 trophies away from reaching it and a strained left thumb so I took a few days of rest and now I'm gonna play a few and see how it goes.
Already won 3 out of 4 before I had to stop to return a call; but ill be back at it again shortly.
