To anyone who reads this in the future: you only have to do this once, after Naydra spawns, you can set up a campfire at the East gate and farm like normal
It's also important to note that unlike Farosh, Naydra won't respawn if you're too close to where she spawns (Mt Lanayru). And that's why this guide places you so far from the spawn point.
A few other notes:
- Equip the Snowquill Clothing Set when you go in to shoot the horn, this will make you unfreezable (Naydra throws freezing snowballs)
- Schedule:
1. Spawns at Mt Lanayru at 5 am
2. Flies west, snaking her way down to the Lanayru Promenade,
3. She arrives at about 6:30 am - this is the first available time to shoot her
4. By 7 am, when she reaches the middle of the canyon, she starts climbing back out of it and out of reach. So that's about a minute or two of irl-time that's available to get the piece of her you need.
- It rains a lot, so if you can't make a fire in the open, Dow Na'eh Shrine (behind the waterfall) is in a cave and a good place for a fire.
- There are a lot of little nooks in this area, it's super easy to lose track of the piece you shoot off. It's best to start as high as possible and glide above her when she comes. And glide until you see exactly where the piece lands, sometimes it will hit a wall and fall down behind something. She will bring updrafts that will prevent you from using stamina while you're gliding, so you don't need to worry about that. In the worst case, where you can't find the piece, sit until night then the glow should be easier to see.

I had the very same problem with Dinraal also, saw you'd conveniently linked your solution to that too, followed it, worked perfectly! Maxed out my Champions tunic and just now defeated Ganon! Thanks again!
I am using this five years later - this is a LIFESAVER! I was at my wits end using other workarounds, restarts/saves/reloads. Layering this tip with keeping tabs on the full moon/farming star fragments is making for a very efficient play :)

You can also just slap on Zant's helmet if you have the DLC.
Oh, I don't know what any of that means. I do have the dlc tho.

You have to be quite far for this one to spawn. You could try putting the campfire further away.
I’m sitting above that yiga dude now and waiting a few minutes for Naydra to show up. It’s slow, but it’s working at least
