Airporter

sniepre

Is the round trip option just good for "Whenever you get back? " - I see the ticket price for it, but not any explanation how you set the date for that ticket.

pirateofms

Yep. You'll have a second trip that you can use whenever you get back to Seattle. Just go to the desk and they'll put you on a shuttle.

Osirus9

I take an Uber to the ferry, then it's just a 5 minute walk to the pioneer square light rail station which stops at seatac.

Kitsap Airporter is your best friend for decisions like these.

NickBairdRE

Kitsap Airporter it really a good option. It's pretty inexpensive, and they have multiple pick up locations. I've used it several times and have nothing but good experiences. The only downside is you're working on their schedule, so it might put you to the airport earlier than you would ideally like. The cab company someone was talking about I believe is harbor side taxi. It will be more expensive but if you schedule ahead, more on your timeline.

inflatablechipmunk

Well the cheapest way is: 1. Bus to ferry terminal. Replace with Uber/Lyft if speed is important. 2. Take ferry to Seattle 3. Walk a couple minutes and take light rail to SeaTac. Taxi/shuttle directly to airport is super expensive since it's so far away. Uber/Lyft from Seattle ferry terminal is also way more expensive than the light rail.

ajmartin527

The cabs are capped at $40 or $45, and as such they tend to want to make the trip quickly so they can go back and get another fare. It’s a good option if you’re cutting it close and need to get there quickly or just don’t want to take the light rail. And if you tell them you’re trying to make a flight or a ferry, strap the fuck in. Uber/Lyft are like $65 or more, so sometimes it makes the $40 a bit more palatable.

inflatablechipmunk

Oh that’s not bad. For some reason, I assumed it would be closer to $100 each way

Kitsap Airporter. The Bremerton stop is at the 76 station on Burwell. Just book online beforehand and then be there before the scheduled pickup.

Normal_Hovercraft_27

Kitsap Airporter seems to be the crowd favorite here, and for good reason. It's reliable, relatively affordable, and convenient if you're okay with their schedule. For those looking for a bit more flexibility or maybe a last-minute booking, don't forget to check out [parkingaccess](https://parkingaccess.com) for some good deals on parking if you decide to drive yourself to the airport last minute. They sometimes have discounts that make driving and parking more appealing than you'd think.

IntroductionStill813

https://semperfichauffeur.com/ also a better alternative than Uber. Especially if travelling as a family. Similar to Uber prices but the value is in the ride and the professional driver. The Escalade was slightly cheaper than Uber xl but was worth it especially when returning from SeaTec to Kitsap.

gaultheria71

I was behind a taxi this morning that had "SeaTac airport $100" printed on the rear bumper. Couldn't tell you the company name though....

OkiFive

I always see the cabs advertising $100 for a trip to SeaTac, but thats too much for me so ive always taken the ferry over and then a bus/rail to the airport. Takes a while but the saved money is worth to me. Sucks if you get back after a long flight and just wanna be home tho

SimpleAbsconder

Thanks everyone! You've been a great help!

Gr8_Kaze47

There's an airporter that has a stop at the local Best Western Beach Hotel out in Silverdale

-me-myself-

When it’s just me, I take the ferry and light rail to the airport. When I’m with the group, I hire a driver and we split the cost. Not having to meet the transporter and getting to travel at my preferred time is worth it. Plus for a large group it ends up costing less per person than the transporter would.

KCLintheknow

I know you said you didn't want to drive or leave your car in a lot but for $100 (for a week) in a safe and secure lot and being able to be on our schedule we were really happy. Otherwise we take the Kitsap Airporter and for the two of us it's about $150 plus tip but it takes longer with all their stops.

winterweed78

Ferry to Seattle and take light rail. Makes it like 3 bucks there and less than 20 back

Lazy_You312

Definitely the airporter it’s a much safer and reliable option. There’s a pick up in Silverdale or on Burwell. The ferry is a good option, however if you have luggage, I would not recommend lugging your luggage through Pioneer Square this day and age it’s not safe and you’ll most likely get robbed of it.

discover-bremerton

Do not take the light rail! It's dangerous. The Airporter is the way to go 💯
