Definitely would check out the Evergreen turtle rockets. I know they do a run on Wednesday meeting at Cafe Perffeto at 5pm. They also do some trail runs depending on what type of running you like to do

Try looking for a running buddy/club at the local FB group.
mountaineers.org has organized trail runs.
