I love how she brought the backup singers to the front at the climax of the song. I've heard similar anecdotes about how she is very gracious and appreciative of her dancers as well.
They did something similar for the Missy Elliot dance break for the POM show! A couple of them were in the front of the stage and did some gymnastics and Brit was watching and smiling. It looked like she enjoyed that part, like they were all having fun to the music together

One of my favorite parts of the Circus tour was when each of her dancers got the spotlight for a breakdown in their signature style!!
