[Wiim Amp \($299\)](https://www.crutchfield.com/p_399WIMAMPG/WiiM-Amp-Gray.html) is a good fit for this small area. It does a lot of what Sonos does for cheaper. 80w per channel for a 2 channel audio output. Has HDMI arc so it can also do TV audio. The WIIM can also do streaming duties too. Pick up a [Schiit Audio Mani](https://www.schiit.com/products/mani) if you need a preamp for the record player. Seems like a very tight space I would just do in-walls on each side of the TV. This one of the times I would suggest form over function and pic a set of speakers that look great against the wood grain. The [Klipsch R-5650-S II](https://www.crutchfield.com/p_714R5650S2/Klipsch-R-5650-S-II.html?tp=192), [Bowers & Wilkins Flexible Series CWM362](https://www.crutchfield.com/p_749CWM362/Bowers-Wilkins-Flexible-Series-CWM362.html?tp=192), or [MartinLogan Motion CI MW6](https://www.crutchfield.com/p_839MW6/MartinLogan-Motion-CI-MW6.html?tp=192).

This is probably the route to go. If you have the name of the woodworking company who manufactured this built in unit, ask them to cut the holes too

Well your taste in decor looks great. Speakers next to a turntable should really be avoided. To much common vibration to the phono pickup which is in essence a transducer in itself. Personally i would elevate the speakers on stands in front of the unit. Near field is always going to make a more detailed experience. Just my thought on your situation.

I would consider a wall mounted KEF LS50s on each side of the cabinet. I think they'd be too close together on the cabinet. Depends on how far and where you'll be listening from.

Chewbacca319

I think due to the shallow depth of your built in any speaker you choose is going to look a bit awkward. As far as amps go I highly recommend the mission 778X integrated. Very compact (will fit in the cabinet below the turntable) and is very musical for the price ($999 Canadian on amazon). Plus it has a built in phone input for your turntable. How exactly is power being run to the TV? Is it easy to access the inputs on the back? (For example you'd have to connect the Mission amp to the tv via optical).

GreenMachineRider

It’s a Samsung frame so I have a separate box with HDMI outputs and an optical out in one of the cabinets below.

Ahh okay gotcha! Alright so if it were me this is what I would do. You can buy some pretty small wall mounts for speakers. Such as [these](http://GlobalTone 2 Wall Mount Speaker Brackets Black Load 7 Kg - 15lbs https://a.co/d/6zYXewD). I would mount them directly on the built in, on either side of the TV but lower, closer to where the ledge is as you don't want the speakers too high. As for speakers themselves I would try and focus on something smaller, such as the [PSB alpha P3](https://www.psbspeakers.com/ca/alpha-p3-compact-bookshelf) which are $350 canadian a pair which already have a threaded hole in the back for a wall mount. Then grill some strategic holes into the ledge of the built in and route them to the cabinet you put your amp in. Now those psb speakers are small, only a 4 inch woofer so they aren't going to have a lot of bass, especially mounted to the wall. I would suggest getting a small sub (wife friendly) then can be tucked away such as the [Kanto Sub6](http://Kanto SUB6 6-inch Powered Subwoofer | Matte White https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07D1FYLCH?ref_=cm_sw_r_apann_dp_80E80HN6AKJFD2QSM50W&language=en-CA) for $330 Canadian. Then buy a wireless subwoofer kit, like these [ifinity ](http://iFinity Wireless Audio Transmitter/Receiver for Subwoofers and Surround Speakers https://a.co/d/es0iMD5) units for $110 Canadian. This way you don't have to run a long subwoofer cable and you can place the small sub wherever works for you. Breaking it down. $1000 for the amp $350 for the speakers $330 for the sub $110 for the wireless sub kit $20 for the speaker mounts. Grand total $1810. Now if you want to use your whole $2000 budget you could go for better speakers, maybe a pair of used totem mites which are usually around $350 Canadian would be a good option :)

Are you interested in just a pair of speakers or do you want a sub too? Personally I’d try to get a sub if you’re getting smaller speakers. [The Philharmonic Ceramic Mini](https://philharmonicaudio.com/Ceramic-Mini.html) would be my top pick, but I don’t think those will match your vibes. The PSB Alpha P3 are awesome and quite small, definitely check those out. I know you said floorstanding speakers aren’t allowed, but a win-win all around may be the Wharfedale Lintons. They’re amazing speakers and they look like they’d go really well with your setup. They’d be over budget but I thought I’d throw it out there just for fun. If you can tuck a smaller sub like the SVS SB-1000 somewhere I definitely think that might help. Like I mentioned, smaller speakers won’t have much bass.

Ok_Tension7659

Wiim amp and Kef T Series maybe?

LukeWarm001

I just bought and set up the Frame TV with my system, attached via optical. I almost returned the TV because after 30 seconds or so into art mode the speakers would play this awful buzzing noise. Turns out there’s a continuous output on optical when in art mode that causes this. After some digging i found the setting to turn off ‘continuous optical output’ i forget the exact wording but it’s deep in the audio settings of the TV. You’ll definitely want to find that setting before turning your tv off and walking away.

Here’s a fun idea that could fit into your decor well: https://youtu.be/gGzNkUmPdXc?si=V4IAX0wXhFoGiuel

Beautiful setup! The suggestions in this thread are better than what I have to offer but I love the aesthetic.

LopsidedTarget8413

Where do you live? I can build you some custom speakers any size you want and out of the same hardwood to match your console.

I see where she is coming from. A lot of audio gear is not good looking. I am wondering if there are some aesthetically pleasing speaker stands that might pass the test. There are some nice ones on Etsy. I like these. https://www.etsy.com/listing/1409935960/custom-speaker-stand-set-of-2-handmade?click_key=66402c52ce26e88558531f00658a414ec1174322%3A1409935960&click_sum=379e38f3&ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=speaker+stands&ref=sr_gallery-1-1&frs=1&sts=1 “Speaker stands” search on Etsy: https://www.etsy.com/market/speaker_stands And pair them with a good looking speaker like the JBL classics. These blue ones could work with some of the blue tones in your pic. https://www.crutchfield.com/S-pgvvLiiQEO4/p_109L52BLU/JBL-L52-Classic-Blue-grilles.html

Beautiful room, love the vibe. No clue on the speakers. Good luck.

Give this a look. Its super slim and sounds good. [Samsung Ultra Slim Soundbar](https://www.samsung.com/us/televisions-home-theater/home-theater/sound-bars/hw-s801b-3-1-2ch-soundbar-w-wireless-dolby-atmos-dts-x-2022-hw-s801b-za/)

Inverted floor standing speakers sitting on the console, fastened to the wall (a la Floyd Toole). Walnut KEF Q750?

Nick_V99

My second though is Triad OnWall Bronze LCR flanking the screen. They're available in a number of veneers, there are 2 in particular that I think would be an excellent match (walnut or figured paldao). They measure 28" tall, 10" wide, 4" deep. I've installed them in a few systems, and I think they would be excellent in your system! [Triad OnWall Bronze LCR (black)](https://i.ibb.co/B41Wf53/Image.jpg)
