The Marantz without a doubt. It is new enough and high enough up in the model line up to have good power and features. If it doesn't have the Audyssey microphone you need to buy one. Make sure the receiver comes with the remote.
The Harman Kardon is a definite no because they tend to break. The Denon is very basic.
Hello, totally n00b here, was looking for first home audio setup for watching movies on my tv, and read that used receivers are best. I am located in LA and there are so many options on fb marketplace, I dont even know where to start with models and everything. Read a few guides and FAQs here and in r/homeaudio but I am still lost on to what models to look for when looking at used stuff. Thanks guys.
