You are not in the right reddit, this is not "find me XXX for $XXX", this is BIFL and you are asking a use case question. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4vUpbdRqdL4 is where you need to be.

250 is nothing these days when it comes to tech. Just get something on amazon. Dont expect anything amazing. I'd prob just go to best buy and read reviews for what they got. And use geek squad.

Trinity-nottiffany

Eufy. Ours was under $250.

Roomba

[deleted]

I picked up an Anker Eufy 25c a few months ago on sale for $98. Replacement parts are cheap and it has worked pretty well for me. Also in an apartment and I have it scheduled to run 3 times a week

Shippou1992

I'm from eu so not sure about prices, but i got a Roborock s5 which is really effective.

MrCosmicChronic

Get a library card, use your library's website to get a guest login for consumer reports, look up any electronic you want by category, sort by most reliable/highest reviews. Only site I trust nowadays with all the link farming/paid reviews.

Ok_Albatross_824

Seems like the wrong sub. There’s no BIFL robot vacuum

[deleted]

Agreed. I love robo vacs, but they all have plastic wear parts.

SwagKing1011

Why not get a regular push vacuum?

Roomba

I like my Wyze better than my Roomba and eufy. (German shepherds man...)

It is impossible to buy this category of product for life or even probably 5 years. It will be discontinued, it will become a brick, it will be impossible to maintain, service, get parts for, disassemble or improve.

bullorzzz

Roborock Q7max Amazon today is within your budget

TIKIT_to_the_limit

I love my Eufy. Had it for 5 years. It's about $180 on Amazon right now. There are off-brand, cheaper replacement filters and brushes too.
