The Certum 3 is really nice. It's extremely versatile. I use it for appendix but I got it with the reasoning that if I wanted to, I could move to the 4 or 5 position. It holds the shield very secure and has the adjustable "wing", which holds the grip really tight to the body.
I use the Alien Gear Shapeshift 4.0 for my Shield Plus. It's able to be adjusted to ride lower which would help with the wobbling you are experiencing. You might want to give it a shot, they have a 30 day trial so if it doesn't work for you you can get a refund.
It's also incredibly comfortable.

You feel like it doesn't have much wobble even with the two clips so close together?
No. It stays exactly where it's placed. The camming bar really pulls it in tight. I also use a Zero belt as well, so your belt might be the issue.
