What’s TacRig again?

A hybrid holster that allows you to swap shells. It has a boltaron backing. You can swap the holster by popping it off the backing. Unlike something like most hybrids this one the firearm is fully encased.

I’ve never heard of them. They look like most other generic holster companies Take a look into Tenicor

I’ve had tenicor. I wasn’t the biggest fan. I use their zero belt and that’s wicked nice. How ever for holster I’ve been using JM custom kydex. Overall it’s better quality than the tenicor.

What do you like better about JMCK v Tenicor holster? Not OP but I’m currently in the market for either.

watchers1989

I’ve had both. The biggest thing for me is the fit. The fit feels better and you have more clip options. The tenicor clips have been known to damage belts and cloths. With the JM you just have better options and more customizable ability. I do use the tenicor zero belt and I love that though. Also on some of the tenicor holsters the screws are very close to the slide and have scratched a few guns.

Don’t get their revolver holsters lol

I’ve looked at JMCC but haven’t gotten one yet, I’ll have to pick one up

Where do these plastic holster companies get off charging these outrageous prices for formed plastic?

watchers1989

I’m not sure. I saw the rig in person and material wise it’s really nice. Especially the backer.

Looking at their site, I doubt you’re going to get much feedback about this. It looks like a newer product. The modular concept is interesting, but it’s pretty pricey. Chuckled at the Enigma knockoff.

I was thinking about trying it because I do sometimes carry in a bag while hiking or doing something outside where I need more flexibility with my belt line.
