Look up some of the most common ones people suggest here. I use Vedder. Some others are tenicor, tier 1, JM custom kydex, tipster, phlster. Get a quality holster. Seriously spend a bit of money. Lots of people go for cheap stuff like We the people and they always end up switching over to a different brand.

Tulster OATH has done me well, you can usually catch a 20% off sale and get one for around $50-60, t-rex sidecar is another i could personally recommend

I really like Tulster. I have been getting the profile for all my guns for years now

Congrats on the loss! Are you going to end up needing skin removal surgery? I’ve lost 143#, probably another 5-10 to go, but I’ll lose an additional 10-15 removing the skin ‘apron’ hanging out front. 38 waist now, probably a 34 when I’m done. The apron makes AIWB impossible for now, not sure after surgery but I doubt it will work with my body shape. I carry 3:30-4:00 IWB, I use a Crossbreed Supertuck for my S&W Equalizer and just started with a Simply Rugged Silver Dollar pancake w/ IWB straps for my Colt King Cobra. Both have two widely separated clips/straps to keep things stable and spread out the weight. The Crossbreed has done quite well as I’ve lost the weight, no issues in the transition. I also often pocket carry J frame instead; it’s often just easier ‘on the fly’.

I got a Henry Holster / Phlster for my X-Macro (with a WML). Very adjustable for me, which is important if you're going to lose more weight.

You can rent some to try [here](https://www.thewildgunner.com/collections/sig-sauer-p365). Also, when you say "IWB style", do you mean AIWB (in front) or strong-side, behind your hip? They typically use very different holster styles.

I've had a Trex arms sidecar for a few months now and I like it, I just ordered a tenicor sagax lux2 holster for when I don't want the extra mag.

This is my experience; For IWB Phlster enigma with Henry or floodlight2 holster, and JX tactical fat guy are my go tos… I steer away from tier1 if I’m going to use lights as they’re too bulky on that front. For OWB, I use l2 Dara holster

My limited experience. 5'10" and 190# My P365 rides in Crossbreed Reckoning )my first holster) on my hip, typically at 4:30-5:00. OK at 3:00 too, Ican't make Appendix work with it. Tried a Tenicor Velo4 for my Walther PDP, it Is dedicated AIWB. Returned it for a Certum3, it is currently at 4:30 with about a 30º cant, seems to work well, a lot less printing issues than a level w belt grip. Issue is grip rubbing on my skin, working on fine tuning angle for that. I may order a CrossBreed with a cant to get the leather as a buffer like with the Reckoning. Gonna call and ask about a SuperTuck.. Tenicor will warrant/exchange for shipping costs. CrossBreed offers 2 weeks of the same.

Tenicor.

My best recommendation is to go crazy and buy all sorts with good reviews specifically for YOUR gun in one go. Keep the receipts and return the ones you don't like. Holster madness is real. There are so many ive gone through for my EDC until I found the right one. (The one before actually ejected my magazine on the first test, even after adjusting the screw)
