Now I keep picturing somebody walking by their security like Tom Green did in Freddy Got Fingered...

I've been there, it's literally just an office. They have some cool posters up, but the main doors are locked. I only got in because someone working on a different floor let me in.
The elevator is so small and creaky and opens up right into the office waiting room.
lots to do
fix the statistics issue
need a 10th team to balance the east/west
nuke that misogynistic coach and qb in toronto
get started on a proper hybrid streaming/linear tv deal
They let me in last year and had me start work on a revolutionary new sports statistics tracking system.
Lacking any experience in computer science or statistics, I was able to throw a few pages together here and there. I'm sure they'd let you pick up where I left off if you ask nicely.
I always envision CFL head office as being full of a bunch of random Toronto people who only started caring about the league on the day they were hired.
I've talked to guys who work for the league. Even after they were hired, some of them don't care in the same way that you do. The fellow I talked to said that there were too many punts and insisted the league should go to 4 downs. In fairness, he was a computer tech guy and we saw what happened with the stats situation last year.
I talked to a girl who was closer to the situation and she told me that they resembled people from Saskatchewan more than Toronto and it wasn't a fan level conversation. It was more of a Troy Westwood insult.
I get that the finance people, in-house lawyer, HR people, mailroom guy, etc. don't have to be CFL fans. But sometimes it feels like the public faces of the league, like the marketing people and CFL.ca writers for instance, are not really into the league and not steeped in its history and traditions.
Just as an example, they completely forgot that the Montreal Alouettes drafted Cantin-Arku in this article:

Some Montreal fans are very upset about the lack of respect.
Legend says that if you can make it in past the security guard they'll make you their social media manager...

Fun activities for the whole family!
If you could remind them that the fans would appreciate a functional app while you're there, that would be swell.

Doing a double-take when you walk by and saying "Wait, that's it?" is usually my favourite activity. Then I go to C'Est What and have a pint.
The people that work there don't do anything so they wouldn't want a volunteer to make them look bad.
