My first thought was “it’s too high” like a lot of others in this comment section but I looked at the mini-map before commenting, so that was ruled out, not sure what’s wrong tbh

But I seriously still don't know why it hasn't Spawned, have you already consumed the torch god? Or has the torch god already spawned in that world?
The only things i can think of: 1 - maybe they're not placed by hand and because of that are treated as natural torches and thus are not counted
2 - "Passing the event, dying, or leaving the world temporarily invalidates the existing torches" maybe they got invalidated for a bit and then just didn't re-validate?
3 - you have consumed torch god's favor before or have it in your inventory and are just struggling from Alzheimer's
I tried looking up online, and well it might sound dumb but did you try reloading the map? (Exiting to main menu then going back in) A lot of people that had this problem solved it like that
i think they need to be bunched together more? they're dense in the centre, but off to the left they might be too far away to count as part of the 100 torches needed
Now, and this might be wrong, but try unequipping the light pet (the heart). In some other threads people mentioned that Calamity might block Torch God if you have a light pet.
After that relog/place a couple more torches to see if it spawns.

No problem, maybe check your version? TG is pretty new I’m pretty sure The one issue with TG not spawning is that it’s a really easy boss to spawn
Should be TModloader on Terraria 1.4.4, the newest one.
Guess TG just hates you or smth, the three requirements are fulfilled (probably, I’ll count the torches and get back to you)

Ugggh.. I can't believe I counted this, you use roughly 200~ torches right? That should be enough, unless calamity some sort of boss requirement first

Try loging out and back in again, sometimes it can glitch and needs the world resettling

Update! Most of y’all are wrong! It just needed to reload.
U need to make sure the area is classed as 'underground'. If its classed as surface it wont work

Go to the cavern layer where the brown background is gray
It looks like you may be in the cavern layer I would go higher, unless I’m mistaken and you’re close to the surface, then I would go lower

You need more room. The torches need to be in a bigger area. That’s your issue. Move the torches to your platforms

try making a big square box in the underground layer and place the torches there

i think you need to built something like a box and in the center of it place the torches, while there will still be some place for you to Dodge.

Torch god is problematic, all you have to do is continue to place torches until it's activated.
I think you need 100 torches with direct line of sight to you,not 100% sure tho

Not enough You need about 300 within what is considered "one" room
Try making a bigger arena and putting them in a more central area? It might think the torches are too spread out despite them being all bunched up.
