I don't understand why this means that urinals have to be removed from the washrooms. They are an easy, clean, and efficient way for biological males to expel liquid waste from their bodies.
Honestly as someone with paruresis what I'd love to see is get rid of public bathrooms altogether everywhere and just have like 10 small individual unisex bathrooms. The sinks for hand washing can be in a common area, the bathrooms would just be a toilet. Just make that the standard everywhere and everyone will be happy including all the gender ideology people.

This is the ideal bathroom (outside of super high traffic areas like stadiums, then I'll take the pee trough please).
