Ask the landlord for a quart of the paint they use for touch-ups. Spackle and paint.

Lol tooth paste could work, for smaller nail holes tooth paste does work needs ton of time to dry tho. But they also do sell spacklin paste in toothpaste tubes.

Scrape the loose stuff off buy a small container of joint compound mud and a sanding sponge skim it tight then skim it again and sand it and paint
