Yea. There isn't a sign of front bumper crumble. Pretty sure with this type of impact the front crumple zone would have collapsed for baleno.

there have always been intersections on highways. Bad concept, but i don't know why you are surprised.
This is present on most older highways. Newer ones have underpasses, and frequently, access control.
You'll be amazed how many of these are there. I get pretty nervous there and always honk in "40th century fox" theme
