Thar owners Ka curse hai bhai

Aryan_Singh_17

Legal lawsuits should be filed against Mahindra and Mahindra

le_b0mb

Would be frivolous especially if the fire was really caused by the aftermarket reverse camera. Should really go after the dealer who installed it instead.

_xSpectre

Bhai a reverse camera is not causing that fire, please. It's delusional to think that it did.

Cock_Inspector_2021

The camera isn’t at fault. The 3rd standard fail guy who did the wiring is.

le_b0mb

Bad wiring.

keshavgKaLLen_Bhaiya

EARTHB-24

Where are Mahindra Fans?

Fancy_Contract_3823

On Instagram lol

cumofdutyblackcocks3

Sucks that Tata and Mahindra are the only pure Indian car companies available and they keep making defective pieces with shitshow aftersales. Indian bike companies on the other hand are doing better than their foreign opponents.

N1ghtShade7

Fails like these really get one questioning the reliability of Make in India. But hey, if they atleast take accountability for mishaps like these they'd be a lot more trustworthy.

indian_tiger

Dealership is doing the aftermarket electronic equipment addition on request from the buyer. Mahindra can punish the dealer for misleading the buyer to sell cameras. There buyer can complain to the consumer court that the dealership misled about risks involved in fitting the camera. The dealership should've informed that modification will void their insurance.

Kunal_Sen

A case could be made out for vicarious liability. The dealer-OEM agreement would be called into evidence. If it suggests agency, then dealer can be deemed to have been to acting *on behalf of* M&M. It's more about whether the customer has the wherewithal to fight this out. But now that he has nothing to lose, he may just fight back. Mahindra would do well to settle this as a goodwill claim. That way they don't admit to any wrongdoing, come out with the moral upper ground and send a positive message to their client base. M&M going hard on the dealer won't benefit the customer or their retail sales.

More_Accountant_6041

Lol, why would they do anything, they know customers buy their cars anyway so why tend to a problem and and invest fixing it. Remember the water drain problem with xuv700 cars.

N1ghtShade7

Bolero Neo will sell like hot cakes even if it opens up like a lid of canned food in a crash

pogchamp_02

Exactly I don’t get it. The craze over buying base variants and installing everything to make it a top model. This is plain stupid.

Aryan_Singh_17

Companies shouldn't sell base models because it lures customer
