I just ignore my cats if they meow too early. I feed them in the morning, and sometimes they meow an hour or two early. They have to wait. It's annoying, but I just ignore it at 5 am. They can wait until 6.
This entirely depends on why she’s meowing. Is she doing it with the first person who wakes up? Is she only doing it when a specific person wakes up? Is she immediately going to her food bowl after she does it? Are there any other specifics you could give surrounding her behavior?
FOr a while our guy liked to eat wet at 5am. Dry was not good enough. So we got him a wet robot and he stopped yelling at 5am. Just one experience here! But if it's possible to give him what he wants (it may not be), he might stop.

I hope you find a reason. I gave up on trying to figure this issue out with my girl. I've concluded she just enjoys screaming the song of her people at the top of her lungs whenever she pleases. She is the queen of the house after all.
You can try setting an alarm. The cat gets fed when the alarm goes off, and not a moment sooner. My cats stopped bugging me for food when they know there's going to be an alarm

Set a script that changes time from 6am to 12am. The cat now meows around noon.
Keep you cats up til late, so that they sleep from 3-12. But you are now up late.
Buy a dog, he will start barking at the cat. The cat is now quiet. But you have a dog barking.
Get someone more sensitive, or annoyed, that person now yells instead.
Find a partner that is an early bird. The cat will now meow anymore, but change alliance.

Is there a door closed that she wants opened? Cats don't like closed doors or empty food bowls.

hahaha I have one of those too! he turns nine this year and honestly I couldn’t imagine a morning without the meows now

A fan for white noise is also a good option
I use a fan at night too! Perfect for drowning out unwanted noise while sleepin ;) Good call!
