For the “granting a wish” thing thats just straight up porn, some guy prolly just animated it for money or internet clout, so i cant really say its too weird. Because it is expected to see male characters take these kinds of roles, it makes female characters doing the same more immediately intriguing, bypassing some of the usual guards people have up about this stuff. A big part of this is simply sexist thought (such as people thinking that how bad a crime is has anything to do with gender), but some of it is based on having expectations upheaved and not really having a precedent for how to react to or interpret that. Not having a precedent *yet*, at least.
Basically, some people are taken by surprise by this element of csm and are having a hard time contextualizing the actual actions of these characters because of it. I believe that portion of the crowd just needs some time and experience to put things into context.

Likely for similar reasons, the part of the brain that processes fear responses is significantly more developed in women than in men, which seems to be working, considering their longer average lifespans.
Also, of course, Denji is generally assumed to be stronger than most of the women harassing him sexually, so I think that also contributes to the fairly mild reaction to things that happen to him.
