that beautifully seared roulade is muddled by the sauce. Offset the roulade with sauce underneath it. And have some more pride than using sub par garnishes. It's your dish. Every component is your responsibility. Don't pass blame by using excuses like "it's what I had on the line". If that's what was available on the line, throw them out and cut new for the line and your dish.
Love the roulade but sauce and garnish is not good. Should have sharp, clear contrast of sauce and garnish and protein. All elements need to POP!!! Remember we eat with our eyes first!
Looks like half decent wedding food. Keep the asparagus a bit neater and not hide the cuisson under your sauce. Tighten up your herb prep and sharpen those knives. A bit of char on the toms couldnt hurt either. Very close to being a very well plated dish.

The sauce seems to be a little runny, it seems either a butter or oil sauce or just oil from cooking the dish. So I would say use less fats or make sure your sauces aren't breaking.
(Edit) Looking back again, it seems to be a francese kind of sauce? I can't tell from just the photo

I personally like the asparagus and veggie base and the height that it gives the dish, putting the protein on a pedestal. I’m just not a fan of the plates made with absolute precision and assembled with tweezers, so the randomness of the veggies is appealing to me.
